How your cover works

During the first two years

If you die of natural causes depending on who you choose to provide your life cover your loved ones will receive a pay out upto 150% of the premiums paid. If you die as a result of an accident we will pay out three times the life cover up to a maximum pay out of £48,000 to your loved ones.

After the first two years

Depending on the cover selected the pay out will be the sum assured, less any serious illness benefit.

Serious and terminal illness benefit

After you have had your policy for two years, the insurer may pay out if you’re diagnosed with a serious or terminal illness.

The cash lump sum on death normally counts as part of your estate and so may be subject to inheritance tax. You could pay more in premiums that the plan pays out.

Adrian was extremely helpful and accommodating for us with times we could call due to work, he never pestered us to complete and the process was very smooth. He dealt with everything for us - even beat our best quote, but still made sure we were covered for what we needed and more.

Thank you for all your help. It’s a great worry off my mind knowing the kids won’t have to deal with money worries or funeral costs when I’m gone.
